It all starts with Luke getting to know you, your lifestyle, what types of exercise/ sports you enjoy, and most importantly your goals.
Based on your info and goals, Luke will custom design your training session utilizing the state of the art G7 Life Fitness Training station. This gives you video guidance and an exercise guide makes it easy for you to get started and stay motivated.
While keeping a sharp eye on your goals, we change your workout throughout the sessions. This keeps it fun and engaging. Each time Luke will plan a different combination of exercises always challenging you in new ways. As your strength and stamina increases, so does the workout.
